Myofascial Decompression

Myofascial decompression, also known as cupping, is a therapy technique that uses suction cups on the skin to lift the muscles and connective tissue rather than pressing on them. This lifting effect increases blood flow, helps loosen tight fascia, and can reduce muscle tension and soreness.

Rehabilitation Exercises

Exercises performed after getting adjusted help reinforce the benefits of the adjustment by improving muscle activation, stability, and movement control. They help the body maintain proper alignment, increase range of motion, and reduce the chance of stiffness returning. Post-adjustment exercises also strengthen supporting muscles, improve coordination, and promote long-term recovery rather than just short-term relief.

Muscle Scraping

Muscle scraping, also called instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), helps break up tight or restricted tissue and improves how muscles and fascia move. It can increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and improve range of motion. Muscle scraping is often used to support recovery from soreness or overuse injuries and to help muscles move more comfortably during activity.
